And another favourite in Faversham!

On a similar note to Herne Bay, we tend to find that good two bedroom properties in Faversham for waiting tenants are in short supply. When I look at the daily enquiries we receive from both Rightmove and Zoopla, such requests are without doubt the most frequent we receive.

Today, we have found the property below which has just come on the market with Ward & Partners. It's been priced at £165K, which should deliver a yield of circa 5.45%, based upon a monthly rent of £750.00.

The great point about this property, relevant to it's excellent condition, is it's 'good to go', i.e. buy it, then let it! More importantly, the capital growth on this property should be good as well, especially if you can knock a bit off the asking price.
